Delivery options and Returns

 

Returns policy. Any items that are reasonably deemed faulty will be replaced with a like item. In the rare event that you should receive a faulty item please contact us before returning it. Once we receive the original item a replacement will be sent.

Please contact us BEFORE returning any item, items returned without notification will not be accepted.

please ensure that colour and size options are correct before finalising your order. Whilst we are happy to exchange items that are not of the correct size please note that we will have to charge for any additional postage.

Delivery information. All in stock items are dispatched within 2 working days (mon-fri). If we do not have items you have ordered in stock we will notify you (by telephone or e-mail) of the expected delivery date.

 

Delivery pricing:

Sales that total less than £10 will cost £2.50 to post

Sales that total more than £10 will cost £7 to post

*Both services should arrive within two days of dispatch

Our online store uses a secure payment system operated by Paypal. You do not have to sign up to Paypal to use the system and all major cards are accepted. You must have a current email address to use this shop as all receipts will be sent via e-mail.
